Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use and access to our platform and service, as well as our subcontracted account managers (“Services”).
Please read these terms carefully.
The terms have legal value
By using the Services we provide, you agree to be legally bound by the Terms illustrated on our website (including social media and other promotion and distribution channels) and you also accept the Privacy Policy defined on our website.
When we use the words “Seguix”, “we”, “our” or “us” in this policy, we refer to Ozon International LLP, which is the company that owns the “Seguix” service and which connects “Account Manager” or “farms” and “Seguix” service, providing customers with the services illustrated on seguix.com and related social media.
Service Definition
When we talk about “Services” we refer explicitly to the actions undertaken by the “Process” in relation to what is done to help you grow in your social media.
Modification of Terms
Seguix reserves the right to modify, add or delete parts of these conditions, after informing those directly involved by e-mail, through this website or other available channels. Customers are required to check these terms to make sure they are up to date.
The use of any of the services available on seguix.com implies acceptance of these terms, which can be consulted at any time on this page.
Acceptance & Cancellation
If the user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using our services. If they wish, they may request data deletion via the form in the FAQ section. Continuing to use the service implies full acceptance.
By using our service, you officially become a member of our community and entrust us with the management of your account. A company, organization, or another third party, which we refer to in these Terms, is considered the “Customer”.
Account Managers & Data Access
Each member of our community is provided with an “Account Manager”, intended as a subcontractor who provides Seguix Services on behalf of the Client.
Account Managers are authorized to access Customer social media accounts to enable the Services. You agree to allow access to your data at registration for using our services.
This Agreement ratifies our commitment to provide and manage services for the Customer by delegating activities to a subcontracted Account Manager.
Age Requirement
The customer must be at least 18 years old. If a person under the age of 18 has provided us with their information, please notify us immediately.
Billing & Subscriptions
- These Terms remain effective throughout the Customer’s billing cycle, or single order, based on the case.
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by the Customer.
- Cancellations must occur at least 24–48 hours before the next billing cycle.
- Deleting your social account or changing login credentials does not cancel the subscription or entitle you to a refund.
- Cancellations are made directly through the user area on seguix.com.
Payments
- Payments may occur via subscriptions or one-time purchase, depending on package.
- Charges are deducted automatically and accepted upon sign-up.
- If a fraudulent dispute is raised, your account is terminated immediately and legal action may follow for damages.
Service Delivery
- Accurate social account information must be provided.
- If data is missing or incorrect, and delivery fails, Seguix is not responsible.
- Delivery times vary by product and queue; refunds may only be requested after 90 days.
- Service labels like “real”, “no drop”, “high quality” do not guarantee human interaction.
- Once delivery starts, it cannot be paused or canceled.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are assessed case-by-case, only possible before service is sent to the system.
- No refunds for incorrect info after order delivery; corrections may be considered.
- Complaints about service quality do not guarantee refunds, only replacement/upgrade at our discretion.
- Orders cannot be interrupted after processing; disputes on delay accepted only after 90 days.
Liability Limitations
Services via Account Managers are not liable for user damages. Seguix.com acts as broker between customer and third-party suppliers (“farms”).
We cannot moderate every profile delivered and are not responsible for content or platform actions.
Responsibility for compliance with social platform terms is on the Customer.
We are not liable for account suspension, post deletions, or other actions by Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, etc.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, suspensions, or cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, war, infrastructure failures.
Service Modifications
Seguix reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue services at any time, without prior notice.
Warranty
Each product includes a limited-time warranty (e.g., 7, 14, 30 days per description). Service drops after the warranty period or due to rule changes are not covered. If the original service link cannot be verified, the warranty is void.
Agreement & Final Terms
These Terms, including references in our Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you, us, and third-party providers and supersede prior agreements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed solely by UK law and jurisdiction.
